How to view the roles and apps associated with an Employee?

Employees App in Apptivo is a highly customized tool that enables you to view all the information associated with an Employee. Each Employee has a dedicated profile from which the information can be retrieved.

• Go to Employees App in Apptivo. You will be navigated to the Show All page.
• In the Show All page, select the Employee whose roles and apps access has to be viewed.

• In the Employee Profile, scroll down to view the App Access Privileges and Enabled Apps.
• Here, you can see the roles associated with an Employee. Also, you can see the Apps which are enabled.

• Here, you can also add new roles and apps for an Employee.
