Items App from Apptivo helps you to create items and you can associate the items with your Customers and Suppliers. In the Item Categories, you can Categorize the items as per the item usage. In addition, you can also create and delete the item categories as per your business need.

Steps to Delete the Categories
- Login and access the Items App from the Universal Navigation Menu.
- Click on More icon (...) and select Settings.
- Click on the Items Drop down from the left panel and select the Categories.
- In the Categories, you can view the list of existing categories and subcategories.
- From List Action, you can view the Delete Action and click on it.
- You will be notified with the popup Warning, Click on the Yes.
- Item Category will get Deleted.
