How to bulk export the items as a CSV in Items App?

Items App in Apptivo has provisions to export the Items in CSV format. You can make use of .xls format to export files with up to 65,536 rows. If the number of rows exceeds this, you can use the CSV format.

For Instance: Go to Items App and navigate to the Show All page. Here, you can see the list of items available.

To bulk export the records, go to Bulk Actions → Export → .csv. Here, you can export the data in two formats.

• All Fields
• Current View

All Fields

With the assistance of All Fields, you can export values of all the attributes present in the Items App.

Current View

With the help of Current View, you can export only the values of attributes available in the Show All page or any View in the Items App.
