Apptivo allows you to Insert Counter attribute to the Table Section of all apps. You can now easily drag & drop the Counter attribute from the Master Layout.
- Login and access CRM→ Customers app from the Universal Navigation Menu bar.
- Now Click on the Settings option from the app header.
- Now click on Customize app→ Master Layout → Customers from the Left Panel.
- The Master layout Page will appear, Now drag & drop the Table Section from the Palette.
- Now drag & drop the Counter attribute from the Palette into the Table section.
- Click on the Counter attribute, it will direct you to the Inspector tab.
- You can Rename it in the Name column.
- Now Scroll down to the Counter column and Set the Prefix Type as Static Text, Prefix as The name that you wish to add as a Prefix to the Counter and the Starts With as 1.
- Now Update the Master Layout.
- Now when you Create a Customer, You will find the Counter attribute with the details that you added in the Master Layout.
- Now Click on the Add icon and add any number of counters you want. Click Create.
- Once you add, the Table will look like this :
- In the Overview page, you can see the Counter has been auto-generated in ascending order with a number Starting with 1.
Case1:
- The counter attribute can be inserted in Two tables of the same Record.
- Assign a name to the First Counter Attribute of Table.
- Add a Prefix in the Customer section of the Inspector Tab.
- Assign Start with Value as 1
- Assign a name to the second counter attribute of the second table.
- Add a Prefix in the Customer section of the Inspector Tab.
- Assign Start with Value as 1
- When you create a new Customer record, you will find the two tables with two
- counter attributes with as many numbers of counters you added while creating the customer record.
Case 2:
- In case if you want to insert the same counter attribute in a Table section of two different records, follow the above steps.
- Insert Counter attribute in the Table section and when you create two records, the same table section with the assigned counter attribute will appear.
