Purchase Credits from Apptivo enables you to purchase and add credits to your account. These credits can be used while sending campaigns. You can manage and view the Credit history with detailed information on the usage history. Only the superuser can view and buy the credits.
Steps to purchase credits
- Login into Apptivo using your credentials with a paid plan (Lite/Premium / Ultimate / Enterprise).
- Click on the User Menu on the top right corner of the page and select the Manage Your Account option.
- In the Manage Your Account page, click on Credits and Select the Purchased Credits.
- Here, you can view the Purchase History with the Total Purchase Credits, Used Credits, and Unused Credits.
- Click on the Buy option in the top right corner of the page. By clicking on the Buy option, the Pay using your Credit Card popup will get open.
- By using a credit card, you can buy the credits.
- Add the Amount in the Amount section under the Purchase Details. Enter your card details in the Card Details section.
- Add your Billing Information.
- Then, Click on the Make Payment.
- Your payment will get processed and you will get the confirmation notification once the payment is successful.
- Your credits will get added to your account.
- You can download the Receipt by using the Download icon.
