How to create types in Territory Management App?

  • Go to the CRM section in Apptivo and select Territory Management App.

  • In the Territory Management App, select Settings from the App Header.

  • You will be redirected to the Settings page. Scroll down to App Behavior → Types in the left panel.

  • In the Types page, select Create to create a new type.

  • The Create Type popup will appear. Here, add a name and description for the territory type.
Create Type

  • On selecting Create, a new territory type is created.
Type Created

  • This type will come into view in the dropdown while creating or modifying a territory.
