How to change an order in the Work Orders App?

  • Go to the Work Orders App in your Apptivo account and select the Work Order whose order has to be changed.
Show All Page

  • You will be redirected to the Overview page.
Overview Page

  • In the Overview page of the Work Order scroll down to Change Order table. Select Create to change the order.
Change Order Table

  • In the Create Change Order popup, add the necessary information.
Create Change Order

  • A new change order is created. In the Actions column, you can edit or delete the change order request.
