How do I enable both Site and Item Categories in the Contacts App?

  • Login and access the Contacts app from the universal menu.
  • Click on the More(...) icon and select the Settings.
Contacts

  • In the Settings page, click on the Contacts and select the Scope.
Settings

  • You can view the Toggle for the Sites and the Item Categories.
  • Enable the Sites Tracking toggle.
Scope

  • Then, enable the Toggle for the Item Categories Tracking.
Item Categories Tracking

  • Customize the Section name and the actions Function.
  • Scroll down to view the Item Categories & Sites.
  • Enable the Toggle.

  • In the Title, add the name for the Item Categories & Sites Section.
Title

  • The Scope will get updated.
  • Now, go to Contacts App home page, create or select the contact.
Home Page

  • From the Contacts Overview page, scroll down to view the Item Categories & Sites Section.
  • There, you can view both Items and Sites sections.
  • Click here to customize the Sites Tracking and Click here to customize the Items Categories tracking.
