How to view the calls answered in a month in the Contact Center App?

  • Connect into your Apptivo account and navigate to the Contact Center App. Select the Dashboard dropdown from the left pane. In the dashboard, choose # Calls Answered Month by Month.

  • The page containing the # Calls Answered Month by Month will come into view.
  • It will show the details for a period of one year. It shows statistics for 12 months since the current month.

  • To view the Bar Chart’s data, hover your cursor over a particular bar to view the total count on the calls taken.
  • There is also a table below the bar chart using which you can see the count on a monthly basis.
