How to view the calls answered in a month in the Contact Center App?

  • Connect into your Apptivo account and navigate to the Contact Center App. Select the Dashboard dropdown from the left panel. In the dashboard, choose # Calls Answered Month by Month.
  • The page containing the # Calls Answered Month by Month will come into view.
  • It will show the details for a period of one year. It shows statistics for 12 months since the current month.

  • To view the Bar Chart’s data, hover your cursor over a particular bar to view the total count on the calls taken.
  • There is also a table below the bar chart using which you can see the calls count on a monthly basis.
  • You can make use of the Filter available at the top of the dashboard to retrieve data for a particular employee, team, or a particular period.
  • Select the All Calls dropdown to view the total count of your calls, your subordinates, or your teams.

  • In the year dropdown, you can filter the data according to the quarterly time periods and months in a year.

Note: Once the filter is applied, the entire dashboard will display the statistics based on the filter values.
