How do I view tasks based on status?

  • Log in to your Apptivo account. Choose the “Tasks” activity from the left navigation panel of your home page.
Home Page

  • You will be redirected to the Tasks Activity. Click on the By Status dropdown in the left panel.
Tasks

  • The list of status available in the Tasks activity will be listed. Select a status to view the records in that status.
  • Here, I have selected Completed.
By Status

  • The list of tasks that are marked as completed is shown as listed in the above image.
