How to create a note automatically using Time-Based Triggers in the Sales Receipts App?

- Login and access the Sales Receipts app from the universal menu.
- Click on the More(...) icon and selects the Settings.
- In the Settings page, click on the Sales Receipts and selects the Triggers → Time Based.
- From the Time-Based Triggers page, click on the Create to create a new trigger.
- Add a name for the trigger in the Create Trigger page.
- Enable the toggle to keep the trigger active.
- Select whether the trigger is one time or recurring.
- Here, the One Time trigger is chosen along with the trigger date and time. The date and time are set as June 01, 2020, at 10 AM.
- In the Criteria section, the condition is set to generate a trigger if the Sales Receipts status is Void.
- Select the Actions dropdown and select Create Note to create an event automatically.
- In the Create Note side panel, add the Description and Associated with.
- Then, click on the Create to complete the configuration.
- You can view the created action then, click on the Create button.
- The Trigger will get created and added to the list.
- Once the Sales Receipts status changed to the Void, the Note will get created automatically.
- You can view the notes that are created automatically under the notes tab.
