How to display the Contact field in the Create Project Page of Apptivo?

  • Log into your Apptivo account and navigate to the Projects App.
  • In the Projects App, select Settings from the App Header.

  • You will be navigated to the Settings page. Select Customize App → Master Layout.

  • In the Master Layout page, switch to Hierarchical View. Ensure that the toggle for Contact is enabled. If not, enable the toggle.

  • In the Tablet View, you can see a Contact field is present.

  • Now, consider creating a new project in the Projects App. In the Create Project page, the contact field will be visible.
Create Project

  • On selecting a customer, the associated contact will be displayed. If no contact is displayed, you can create a new contact and it gets associated with the customer automatically.
