Documents App of Apptivo has App Folder where the documents are neatly arranged in folders. Each folder contains documents associated with a particular app. Whenever a document is added in an application for the first time, a folder is created automatically for the specific application. Based on that, you can quickly access the documents.
- Connect to your Apptivo account and select Documents App from the Collaboration category in the Global Header.
- You will be redirected to the Documents App. In the Documents App, select App Folders from the left panel.
- The App Folders page will come into view. Select any folder. Here, I have selected the Cases App.
- On selecting the Cases App, the list of records that has documents in it is listed.
- Here, select any Case Name. The documents associated with the case will appear.
- Select the Download icon to download a document.
