How do I view Follow-Ups based on Apps?

  • Connect to your Apptivo account and select Follow Ups from the left panel on the Home page.
Home Page

  • You will be navigated to the My Follow Ups activity. The list of views available will be listed in the left panel.
  • Select By App view.
Follow Up

  • The Apps will be listed under the By App category. Select any app to view the associated follow-ups.

  • Here, I have selected Leads App to view the associated follow-ups.

  • On selecting the Expand icon in a particular follow-up, you can view the follow-up details.
