Do you have only limited information and want to retrieve the item’s profile with that information? The Advanced Search feature of Items App in Apptivo can be used to filter out the data effectively.
- In your Apptivo account, go to the Items App. In the Items App, select the Advanced Search dropdown icon from the Search bar located at the top right corner.
- The Advanced Search side panel will come into view. In the Advanced Search window, add any partial information when you do not have the complete information. Say, you want to filter out the item whose name contains Cleanser. Click on the search icon.
- The list of items that have Cleanser in it will be listed.
- You can click on the More Details icon to navigate to the Overview page.
