The default Home Page of any application in Apptivo has a dedicated News Feed section from which you can see the actions taken place in different records. The below image shows the Default Home Page of Customers App.
- If the Default Home page is changed, then you can see the News Feed from the News Feed Activity.
- Consider the Default Home Page of the Customers App is changed to the Show All page.
- To get access to the News Feed, go to the Apptivo Home Page. Select the News Feed from the left panel.
- In the News Feed Activity, select the Apps dropdown in the Filter Feed By section.
- Select CRM → Customers App to filter the News Feeds associated with the Customers App alone.
