How do I use Filters in the Report Activity?

  • In your Apptivo Home Page, select Report from the left panel.

  • You will be redirected to the Report page.

  • Before filtering the data in a report, ensure that the Filter toggle is enabled for that particular report from the Settings Page. Here, Customers App Report.
  • In the Settings page, navigate to the selected Report.

  • In the Edit Report page, check if the toggle is enabled for Filter. If not, enable the toggle.

  • Now, go to the Home Page of Report Activity. Click on the selected Report from the left panel.
  • You can see the Report has the filter feature shown. By default, the report will come into view for All Employees.
  • Click the All dropdown to filter the records based on your team, employees, or yourself.

  • You can also choose the year filter to generate a report for a particular time period. You can view the report based on the year or custom time period.

  • Custom Time Period allows you to filter records based on a particular Created On or/and Modified On date range.
  • By enabling the toggle for OR operator, you can generate a report by considering either the Created On date range or Modified On date range. If a record matches any of the two conditions, it will be included in the report.

  • By enabling the toggle for AND operator, you can generate a report on both Created On and Modified On date range collectively.
