How do I View a 360 Degree in Credit Notes?

The 360-degree view allows the user to get a complete view of credit notes by aggregating data from the various sources that credit notes may have used to contact a company to either enquire/purchase products or service/support.

Steps to View 360 degree view

• Login and access the Credit Notes from the universal menu.
• Click on the Show All on the left panel.

• Click on More Details to overview Credit Notes information.

• In the Overview page, you can view the 360-degree tab.
• Click on the 360-degree tab, you can view all other associated apps.
