How do I disable status in the Candidates App?

  • In your Candidates App, select Settings from the App Header.

  • Go to Candidates → Statuses from the left navigation panel of the Settings page.

  • The list of statuses available will be listed. Select the Disable icon for the status to be disabled. Here, Pending Decision.
Disable Icon

  • You will be notified once the status is disabled. The disable icon will turn into an enable icon for that status.
Status Disabled

  • The disabled status will not be listed in the Status dropdown while creating a candidate.
Status Not Present
