How do I enable Connection Status for Call Logs?

- Login to your Apptivo account.
- Click on the Call Logs activity from the left navigation panel.
- Click on the “More” icon and select “Settings” located in the App header bar.
- In the Settings page, select Customize App → Master Layout.
- The Master Layout page will come into view. Switch to the Hierarchical View.
- Scroll down to Connection Status. It is disabled by default.
- Enable the toggle and save the changes.
- The Connection Status field will be available while recording the call logs.
