How do I enable Connection Status for Call Logs?

  • Login to your Apptivo account.
  • Click on the Call Logs activity from the left navigation panel.

  • Click on the “More” icon and select “Settings” located in the App header bar.

  • In the Settings page, select Customize App → Master Layout.

  • The Master Layout page will come into view. Switch to the Hierarchical View.

  • Scroll down to Connection Status. It is disabled by default.

  • Enable the toggle and save the changes.

  • The Connection Status field will be available while recording the call logs.
