How do I perform an Advanced search in Call Logs?

Choose the Search dropdown in the header bar of Call Log activity to view the Advanced Search side panel.

Advanced Search
  • Advanced Search in the Call Logs allows you to search using the fields shown below.
    • Show - Select to view the call logs of your teams, employees, yourself, and all.
    • Search In - Select where the search has to take place.
    • Call Subject - Add the call subject to filter the records.
    • Call Summary - Enter the Call Summary to narrow your search.
    • Type - Select whether the call is incoming, outgoing, or missed.
    • Billable - Select if the call log is billable or not.
    • Call Date - Determine the call date within which the search has to be performed.
    • Duration - Set the duration of the call log to perform the search.
    • Tags - Add tags and filter your call logs.
    • Created On - Select the date period between which the call logs were created.
    • Modified On - Select the date period between which the call logs were modified.
    • Created By - Filter the call logs based on who created them.
    • Modified By - Filter the call logs based on who modified them.
Side Panel

  • Here, the advanced search is performed based on the Type attribute. Results will be displayed as shown in the image below:
Search Results

  • Click on a particular Call Log to view the call log details.
