How do I perform an Advanced search in Call Logs?

Choose the Search dropdown in the header bar of Call Log activity to view the Advanced Search side panel.
- Advanced Search in the Call Logs allows you to search using the fields shown below.
- Show - Select to view the call logs of your teams, employees, yourself, and all.
- Search In - Select where the search has to take place.
- Call Subject - Add the call subject to filter the records.
- Call Summary - Enter the Call Summary to narrow your search.
- Type - Select whether the call is incoming, outgoing, or missed.
- Billable - Select if the call log is billable or not.
- Call Date - Determine the call date within which the search has to be performed.
- Duration - Set the duration of the call log to perform the search.
- Tags - Add tags and filter your call logs.
- Created On - Select the date period between which the call logs were created.
- Modified On - Select the date period between which the call logs were modified.
- Created By - Filter the call logs based on who created them.
- Modified By - Filter the call logs based on who modified them.
- Here, the advanced search is performed based on the Type attribute. Results will be displayed as shown in the image below:
- Click on a particular Call Log to view the call log details.
