How to disable status in Calendar?

  • Log into your Apptivo account and select Calendar activity from the Home Page.

  • You will be navigated to the Calendar activity. Select the Settings icon from the App Header.

  • Select Statuses from the left navigation panel of the Settings page. The Statuses page will appear.
  • Select the disable icon for the status to be hidden. Here, In Progress.
Disable Icon

  • You will be notified that the status is disabled.
Status Disabled

  • The disabled status will not appear while viewing or editing the event details.
