How do I add Territory in Call Logs?

  • Select the Call Logs activity from the left navigation panel of your Apptivo Home page.

  • Click on the “More” icon and select “Settings” located in the App header bar.

  • Go to Customize App → Master Layout from the Settings page.

  • The Master Layout page will appear. Switch to the Hierarchical View.

  • Scroll down to the Territory attribute. By default, it is disabled.

  • Enable the toggle and save the changes.

  • The Territory attribute will be available while adding the call logs.
Create Call Logs

  • You can click on the search icon to view the list of territories available in your Apptivo account.
  • You can add select and add territory to your call logs.
