How do I add Territory in Call Logs?

- Select the Call Logs activity from the left navigation panel of your Apptivo Home page.
- Click on the “More” icon and select “Settings” located in the App header bar.
- Go to Customize App → Master Layout from the Settings page.
- The Master Layout page will appear. Switch to the Hierarchical View.
- Scroll down to the Territory attribute. By default, it is disabled.
- Enable the toggle and save the changes.
- The Territory attribute will be available while adding the call logs.
- You can click on the search icon to view the list of territories available in your Apptivo account.
- You can add select and add territory to your call logs.
