How do I record wait time in Call Logs?

- Login to your Apptivo account. Select the Call Logs activity from the left navigation panel.
- Click on the “More” icon and select “Settings” located in the App header bar.
- Select Customize App → Master Layout from the Settings page.
- The Master Layout page will appear. Switch to the Hierarchical View.
- Scroll down to Wait Time attribute. By default, it is disabled.
- Enable the toggle and save the changes.
- The Wait Time field will be available while adding the call logs.
