How do I record wait time in Call Logs?

  • Login to your Apptivo account. Select the Call Logs activity from the left navigation panel.
Home Page

  • Click on the “More” icon and select “Settings” located in the App header bar.

  • Select Customize App → Master Layout from the Settings page.
Settings

  • The Master Layout page will appear. Switch to the Hierarchical View.

  • Scroll down to Wait Time attribute. By default, it is disabled.
Hierarchical View

  • Enable the toggle and save the changes.
Toggle Enabled

  • The Wait Time field will be available while adding the call logs.
