How do I edit my custom view in the Testimonials App?

  • Navigate to the left navigation panel and click on the “My Views” section in the Testimonials App of Apptivo.

  • You can see the list of views created in the My Views section. Click on a view to display the records added to it.
  • In the My View page, add or remove columns from the Display dropdown. You can also select a different column set for the selected view.

  • Click on the edit icon.

  • The Edit View popup will display. Here, change the name of the view. Also, you can enable the toggles to perform two more operations:
    • Save the changes in columns
    • Share the view with other users
Save as View

  • On clicking save, the changes are updated.
