How do I search in the Fixed Assets App?

Simple search

  • Perform a search based on the Supplier in the Fixed Assets App of Apptivo.
Simple Search

  • The records with the added Supplier will be listed.
Search Results

Advanced search

  • Choose the Search dropdown in the header bar of the Fixed Assets App to view the Advanced Search side panel.
Search Icon

  • Advanced Search side panel allows you to search using the fields shown below.
    • Asset Serial # - Add the Asset’s serial number.
    • Asset Type - Select the type of asset.
    • Initial Date - Select the date range during which the search has to be performed.
    • Price - Select a price.
    • Supplier - Add the Supplier name.
    • Location - Search and select the location.
    • Manufacturers - Add the Manufacturer’s information.
    • PO# - Search based on the PO#.
    • Tags - Select tags and perform a search.
    • In addition, you can also search for records based on the Depreciation Schedule.
Side Panel

  • Here, the advanced search is performed based on the Initial Date attribute. Results will be displayed as shown in the image below:
