How do I create the PDF template in the Cases App?

The Cases App allows you to create your own custom templates which will be used to generate PDF of your Cases.
Steps To Create
- Log in and access the Cases App from your Universal Navigation menu.
- Click on More(...) icon and select the Settings.
- In the Settings page, click on the Customize App and select Print/Web Layout.
- Click on the Create button and select the Start with the Default Layout.
- Add the Template name in the Create Template pop up and click on the Next.
- Here, you can edit the Templates by using the Drag and Drop editor.
- You can customize the template file name, Page Layout, Page Size, Page Margin.
- Using the Drag & Drop option, you can edit the Templates with the Attributes on the right side Palette.
- With the following tabs, Sections, Business attributes, Customer attributes, Cases attributes you can customize the template as per your requirements.
- You can also edit the Template by JSON code in the JSON editor.
- Click on the Save button to update changes.
- By clicking on the Preview button, you can Preview the edited Template.
- You can view the Preview of the Template with the provided information.
- You can view the created Template on the List.
- You can set the created template as the default template by selecting a template from the dropdown.
- Now, go to the Cases app overview page and click on the Print PDF button.
- You can view the downloaded PDF on the selected default template.
