- Go to the Pricing App of Apptivo.
- Select the records that are to be exported.
- Select the Bulk Actions → Export option. You can export records in .XLS and .CSV format.
- In both the formats, you can export records in three views:
- All Fields
- All Fields with PriceList Items
- Current View
Export all fields in Pricing App
In all fields export, you can export all the information in the record excluding the item table. Here, you can see that the tables present in the Pricing app are not exported.

In all fields with PriceList items export, you can export all the information in the record including the information related to the items.
Current View Export
You can use the export → Current view feature to export the record in its present view.
