How to bulk delete records in the Candidates App of Apptivo?

  • Go to the Home Page of your Candidates App.

  • Select the records that are to be deleted. The Bulk Actions button will be activated once the records are selected.

  • Click the Bulk Actions button and select Delete.

  • The records will be deleted and moved to the Trash folder.
Delete Complete

  • Click on the Trash icon in the App Header. You will be redirected to the Trash folder.

  • In the Trash folder, you can use the Restore feature to move the records from the trash folder to its original folder.
  • To remove the record completely from your system, select the Delete Forever button.
