How do I add the associates from the Answer Call window?

Contact Center app allows you to add the Associates like a customer, leads or project, etc.. from the answer call window by using the Associated With option.

Steps to Add

  • Log in and access the Contact Center app from the universal menu.
  • Click on Call option to call the contact.

  • In the call window, you can view the Associated With field. Click on the Add + icon to add the associates.

  • Add the Associates from all associated apps from Apptivo.
  • Select the associated app from the Releated To dropdown.
Popup

  • Enter the reference text to search the exact associate. Then, click on the search icon.
  • Here, the associate project is added to the Contact.
Add Project

  • You can view the added project in the Associated With field.
Associated With

  • You can view the logged associated call from the Projects call log in Projects app.
