How do I send notifications from cases in windows app?

Apptivo Cases app allows you to send the email notification whenever the notes are created or updated from the cases app through windows application. 

Steps to follow

  • Login and access the cases app from your windows app.
  • Click on the new case or existing case from the list.

  • In the case overview page, click on the create note option.

  • You can view the Notifications Details section on the create note page.
  • You can send the Notification email to the Customer, Assignee, and other emails also.
  • By enabling Share with Customer toggle, the customer will get the email notification whenever the case is created.
  • By enabling the Share with Assignees toggle, the employees that are assigned to the case will get the email notification while creating the note.
  • By enabling Share with Others toggle, you can enter the other email address to whom you want to send the notification email while creating the note.
  • You can also add the multiple email addresses by clicking on the Add(+) icon.
