- Before viewing the Loyalty programs by directory, confirm if the By Directory view is enabled by navigating to Settings → Customize App → Views.
- You can configure the privileges for the employees. Only the employees who have the selected privilege can view the selected view.
Note: The privileges for the employees are configured in the Employees App.
- Go to the Home Page of the Loyalty Management App. Choose By Directory from the left panel.
- Select a letter based on which the loyalty programs have to be filtered. Consider viewing Loyalty programs whose program name starts with L from the left panel.
- The records will display.
- Select the More Details to redirect to the Overview page of a Loyalty program.
