Consider a particular case that has been closed by one of your employees and you would like to know who closed the case. With the Advanced Search option, you can easily locate the closed case and gather the required data.
- Log into your Apptivo account and navigate to the Cases App. In the Cases App, select the Advanced Search option from the App Header.
- The Advanced Search side panel will come into view. In the case # field, add the case number.
- Select the status field dropdown and choose closed. Click on the search icon.
- The closed case will come into view.
- Select the More Details icon to redirect to the overview page.
- Select the News Feed tab to view the News Feed page. Here, you can find the information on the user who closed the case.
