How do I generate a report on loyalty programs for a particular period?

  • Log in and access the Loyalty Management App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  • Click on "Reports" from the App header bar.
Loyalty Management App

  • You can view “General Reports”.
  • Click on the “Loyalty Program List” in the General dropdown. With this report, you can view reports based on the time period during which the loyalty programs were created or modified.

  • Here, it is configured to generate a report based on the date of modification.
Add Details

  • Click on the “View Report” button to view reports on the dashboard.
  • You can view all the programs in the report if no specific date is given in the fields.
View Report

  • Click on the “Export” button to view reports in spreadsheet format. You can export in Current View and All Fields.
  • On selecting All Fields, all the fields present in the Loyalty Management App will be shown in the report.
All Fields

  • On selecting Current View, only the fields shown in the report page will be listed.
