How to hide the status of the contacts in Apptivo?

  • In your Apptivo account, navigate to the Contacts App. In the App Header, select the Settings icon.

  • You will be redirected to the Settings page. Here, select Contacts → Statuses from the left navigation panel.
  • The statuses page will come into view.
Settings

  • To hide a particular status, select the disable icon.
Disabled Toggle

  • You will be notified once the status is disabled. Here, Active status is disabled.
Status Updated

  • The disabled status will not be visible while creating or editing a contact.
