Consider your employees and you are not able to edit the Notes tab in the Contacts. Here, we look at steps to enable the edit option for notes in the Contacts App.
- To enable the edit option, select Settings from the App Header of the Contacts App.
- In the Settings page, select Collaboration → Notes from the left navigation panel. The Notes page will come into view. The Edit toggle is disabled.
- Enable this toggle and the changes are saved automatically. You can also provide limited access to your employees using the privileges. The privileges are configured in the Employees of Apptivo. Only those employees who have the selected privilege can edit the Notes in the contacts.
- Now, the Notes added can be edited in the Notes tab of the Contacts.
