The Side panel view in Notes allows you to view the Notes in the side panel view of Contacts. Consider this view is enabled for Notes.
- To disable this view, select Settings from the App Header of the Contacts App.
- In the Settings page, select Collaboration → Notes from the left navigation panel. The Notes page will come into view. The Enable Notes in Sidepanel toggle is enabled.
- Disable this toggle and the changes are saved automatically. You can also provide limited access to your employees using the privileges. The privileges are configured in the Employees of Apptivo. Only those employees who have the selected privilege can access the side panel view of Notes.
- Now, the Notes will not be visible in the side panel view of the contacts.
