Steps to enable Notes in Contacts App
- Log in and access Contacts App from your universal navigation menu bar.
- Click on the "More" icon and select “Settings” located at the app header bar.
- Select “Notes” under “Collaboration” drop down from the left navigation panel. Here, the Notes are disabled.
- To make the Notes tab visible in Contacts, enable the toggle. You can also provide limited access to your employees using the privileges. The privileges are configured in the Employees of Apptivo. Only those employees who have the selected privilege can access this feature.
- Now, the Notes tab will be shown on the overview page of the Contact.
