One of the advantages of using Apptivo is the ability to segregate records yet create an association among them. The association table present in the Leads App enables users to link a lead with a contact or an opportunity. When needed, this association can be disabled.
- In the Leads App of Apptivo, select Settings from the App Header.
- Go to Customize App → Associated Objects from the left navigation panel of the Settings page.
- In the Associated Objects, you can see the list of apps whose records can be associated with the leads. Here, you can also determine whether to associate an existing record or create a new record.
- To completely hide the association with the contact’s app, disable the Contacts On Lead Overview toggle.
- Navigate to the overview page of a lead.
- On scrolling down, you can see the Contacts table is not listed.
