The Projects App of Apptivo enables you to add the billing information in all the projects. You can control what options are displayed in the project billing section.
- In the Projects App of Apptivo, select Settings from the App Header.
- Navigate to Projects → Spend Authorization from the left navigation panel. The options shown in the Project Budget section are listed.
- They are enabled by default.
- To remove the Non-Billable option from the overview page, disable the toggle for Non-Billable.
- The disabled option will not be shown in the Billing Method section of the project’s overview page.
