With the Mapping feature of Apptivo, users can map the fields present in a project with the call logs created in them. By this, the fields shown while creating call logs will automatically display the values of the mapped fields in the associated project.

Note: This feature is available in the Ultimate and Enterprise plans of Apptivo.

Steps to map the attributes of Projects with Call Logs

  • Log into your Apptivo account and navigate to the Projects App. Select Settings from the App Header.
