How to view the call stats by hours?

The Contact Center App of Apptivo allows users to obtain statistics on total calls handled by hours. With this, you can easily determine the call traffic and get to know the call frequency by hours.

Steps to View the Calls Stats By Hours

  • Log into your Apptivo account and navigate to the Contact Center App. Select the Dashboard dropdown from the left pane. In the dashboard, select Calls By Hour.
  • The Calls By Hour page will appear in the right pane. Here, you can track the call logs quickly by hours.

  • You can make use of the Filter available at the top of the dashboard to retrieve data for a particular employee, team, or a particular period.
  • You can add the employee name, call type (Incoming or Outgoing), and choose the Called On date.
  • In the “Called On” field, you can select either a particular date or choose a time period.

  • On clicking View, the dashboard will display the call count based on hours for the configured data.
