The Advanced Search feature available in the Customers App of Apptivo allows you to filter the customer records based on a particular criterion. You can filter the records according to values in single or multiple fields at a time. Apptivo CRM software also enables you to search your records depending on whether the customer has opted for subscription or not.
Steps to search based on subscription
- In the Customers App of Apptivo, select the Advanced Search icon from the app header.
- The Advanced Search window will come into view.
- Scroll down to the Unsubscribe field. Here, you can select either Yes or No. When yes is selected, the customers who have opted out from the subscription will be listed.
- On selecting No, the customers who have opted for the subscription will be listed.
- Here, No is selected.
- Once the search icon is selected, the search results will be displayed.
- By clicking the More Details icon, you can view the overview of a customer profile.
