How do I view the Print PDF Action in Newsfeed update?

Apptivo allows you to view the print pdf actions on the Newsfeed update. Let’s walk through the steps to enable this option in the Work Orders App.

• Login and access the Work Orders app from the universal menu.
• Navigate to a work order by clicking the More Details icon.

• In the overview page, select the Print PDF button.

• Once the action is performed, you can view the update on the Newsfeed.
• This News Feed is also available on the News Feed activity on the home page.

Note: To receive News Feed for Print PDF action, it is important to enable the toggle to receive News Feeds from the Notification page of the Work Orders app. The News Feed will also appear in the News Feeds of the managers.
