How to manage the agents during a call transfer?

The Contact Center App of Apptivo has a Conversation section that shows the list of agents in the call when a call is warm transferred to an agent.

  • Consider placing a call to any of your contacts. To transfer a call, click on the Transfer icon located in the Call window.

  • You can transfer your customer’s call to a team, agent, or external phone number.
  • Here, you can see the agent is selected. Only the agents who are currently available online will be shown here. You cannot view the agents who are in another call or in Away status.

  • You can view the Conversion section only while warm transferring the calls to an agent. You can transfer the call to multiple agents.
  • In the Conversation section, you can see the agents added to the call. Here, you can disconnect the agent from the call by simply clicking the Decline button.
