The Invoice App of Apptivo allows you to print your invoices in PDF. In addition, you can also customize the fonts of the fields displayed in the PDF individually.
Steps to change the font
- In the Invoice App of Apptivo, select Settings from the App Header.
- Go to Customize App → Print/Web Layouts from the left navigation panel of the Settings page.
- In the Print/Web Layouts, select any layout.
- You will be redirected to the template page. Here, select the field whose font has to be changed. Here, Business Name.
- Click on it to view the Inspector tab.
- In the Inspector tab, you can select a font from the Font Face dropdown. Save the changes.
- Now, go to the overview page of an invoice. Select the template and click the Print PDF button.
- You can see the font used in the Business Name field is as per the configuration.
