The Customers App in the iOS platform of Apptivo enables you to print the customer information in PDF. Let’s walk through the steps to perform this action effortlessly from your iOS device.
Note: The PDF template is configured from the Web version of the Customers App.
Steps to print customer information
- In your iOS application of Apptivo, navigate to the Customers App. You will be redirected to the home page of the Customers App. Select any view to see the list of records associated with the view. Here, Show All.
- All the customer records in your account will be listed.
- On clicking a customer profile, you will be redirected to the overview page.
- Click on the Ripple icon at the top and select the Print PDF icon.
- The Choose Template page will come into view.
- Select a template to view the record in PDF and print it.
