The Apptivo app allows you to create opportunities on the customer base currencies. You can create new opportunities from your iOS device with other currencies as well.
Note: The custom currency field and the configuration can be done only on Apptivo’s web version and the updated changes will be reflected in the iOS device.
Steps to follow
- Login and access the Opportunities app from the Apptivo web version.
- Click on the More(...) icon and select the Settings.
- From the Settings page, click on the Customize app and select Master Layout.
- Drag and drop the currency attribute and rename as the Amount.
- From the Inspector Tab, you can view the Allow Override Toggle.
- Enable the Toggle and click on the Save button to update the Changes.
- Once the Custom currency is configured, go to the Business Settings.
- Select the Currencies from the left navigation panel.
- On the Currencies page, click on the create button to create a new currency list.
- Select the Currency from the list and enter the conversion rate.
- Enable the Status toggle to activate the currency.
- Now, go to the Opportunity app from your iOS device.
- Select any opportunity from the list.
- Click on the Currency option to view the more currencies list.
- Select the desired currency and click on the update icon.
- The selected currency will get updated.
