How to add the Locations App from App Store?

The Locations App of Apptivo allows you to keep track of the locations with information on the representatives. This Locations App can be added from the App Store. Before adding the app from the App Store, it is necessary to grant privilege for employees to add it from the App Store and access it. Click here to know more about providing this role to employees.

Steps to add from App Store

  • Log into your Apptivo account and select the App Store icon from the top of your window.

  • The App Store page will come into view.

  • Here, select the CRM category and scroll down to the Locations App. Now, select Add App.

  • The Add App button switches to Added.
App Added

  • The Locations App is now available in the CRM category of the universal navigation menu. On clicking it, you will be redirected to the home page of the Locations App.
