Apptivo’s Work Orders app enables you to configure Pricing. Make a Price list from the Apptivo Pricing App and when you create new work orders, you can choose your pricing either from the header level price list or from the line-level price list (Products/items sold line level).
Steps to Configure
- Login and access the Work Orders app from the universal menu.
- Click on the More(...) icon and select the Settings.
- On the Settings page, click on the Work Orders and select Pricing.
- You can view the Pricing page. Here, you can view the Pricing configuration.
- Enable header level price list - To view the pricing information on the Work Orders Details section.
- Enable line-level Price list - To view the pricing information on the Product/ Items sold section.
- No Pricing - To disable the Pricing.
- By default “No Pricing” field will be chosen.
- By this, you can’t view the Pricing field on the Work Orders creation page from iOS.
- When you choose the “Enable header level price list”, and once it gets updated, you can view the Pricing field in the “Work Orders Details” section on the Creation page.
- Similarly on choosing the “Enable line-level Price list”, the pricing field will be viewed in the “Products/Items sold” line level on the Work Orders Creation page.
